In 1992, after 20 years in the Construction Industry working for General Contractors in both Buffalo and Rochester NY, Philip J. Barr started this company to provide Owners with a more “”User Friendly”" approach to the Construction Industry.
It has always been our policy to treat our Clients with the greatest respect and achieve for them a quality product successfully completed.
It is our goal to create a non-adversarial approach to the entire design and construction process. We feel that every Architect, Prime Contractor, supplier and workman involved in a project is an Integral Part of the project and is to be treated as such, and to be treated with dignity.
It is our belief that the Construction Manager’s main responsibility is to create an environment that will support and sustain the creative abilities of all concerned.
Constructing any project is a team effort. It takes the commitment and dedication of each person involved to truly be considered a success. It is our desire to foster such relationships.
